WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is pasty (kneadable), mineral-filled, and temperature-resistant up to +200°C. It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1 and is machinable and overpaintable after curing.

The Putty adheres to metal, wood, glass, rubber, ceramics, concrete and most plastics. It is resistant to petrol, oil, ester, saltwater and most acids and lyes.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is suited for the sealing of pipelines and tanks, the fastening of screws and hooks, the reconditioning and repair of castings, the rebuilding of shafts, slide bearings, pumps and housings, the renewal of defective threads, the production of templates and models and for repair works on aluminium, light metal and injection moulded parts.

It can be used in machine construction, tool construction, model and mould making, and in many other industrial applications.

GMK 2410 is based on poly­chloroprene (CR) for the high-strength, full-surface and flexible bonding of:

- rubber to rubber

- rubber to metal

WEICON GMK 2410 also bonds cellular rubber (e.g. neoprene), leather, felt, insulating material, textiles, wood, and many plastics.

GMK 2410 is not suitable for materials like expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, flexible PVC foam, and artificial PVC leather

The epoxy resin system WEICON Ceramic HC 220 provides high abrasion resistance and serves as wear protection for heavily used surfaces. It is temperature-resistant up to +220 °C, flowable, ceramic-filled, resistant to chemicals and has a high adhesive strength. Ceramic HC 220 can be easily processed with a paint brush and applied to large surfaces. The epoxy resin systems is non-corrosive, anti-magnetic and cures practically without shrinkage. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry where high temperature loads are part of daily work.

WEICON Easy-Mix HT 250 is a 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin with a high temperature resistance up to +200 °C; briefly up to +250 °C. The 2-C epoxy resin system shows particularly high adhesion to metals and fibreglass. Its excellent suitability for special applications is demonstrated by the high thermal conductivity combined with the high temperature resistance. The adhesive keeps over 80 % of its strength even at constantly high temperatures. This enables the bonding of components, which are thermo-coated (powder-coated) after curing. The epoxy resin adhesive has a high resistance to aggressive substances, such as hot and cold water, motor oil and glycol. For the application of the Easy-Mix product, the Dispenser Easy-Mix D 50 is required.

ADHESIVES AND SEALANTS the fast, strong and universally usable power adhesive. Replaces traditional fixings like screws, pegs, rivets, etc. Speed-Flex® is pasty and stable and, thus, suitable for problem-free bonding even on vertical surfaces both in-house and outside.

Many materials, like metals, plastics (except PE, PP, PTFE), concrete, marble, natural and artificial stone, ceramic, enamel, gypsum, plates of MDF, wood, flake or gypsum plaster boards can be bonded permanently to themselves and among each other.
