WEICON Zinc Spray bright grade is TÜV-tested, provides all metal surfaces with a long-lasting cathodic corrosion protection and has a light coulour shade which matches fresh hot-dip galvanized coatings.

The spray forms a fast-drying, adherent protective layer of microfine zinc flakes. The zinc flakes form a resistant protective layer, even under extreme weather and environmental conditions. In the salt spray test according to DIN EN ISO 9227, metal parts coated with WEICON Zinc Spray bright grade did not show any signs of corrosion after more than 550 hours.

Zinc Spray „bright grade“ can be used for the coating of welded joints and drilled holes, as a conductive intermediate layer for spot welding and everywhere where metal must be protected against corrosion.

Steel-filled | pasty | high-temperature resistance

The Epoxy Resin System WEICON HT 111 is used for repairing and reconditioning metal parts. It is pasty, steel-filled and high-temperature resistant up to 200 °C (392 °F) and withstands temperatures up to 280 °C (536 °F) for short periods. WEICON HT 111 is chemical-resistant, does not corrode and is applied in a mixing ratio of 1:1. The repair material is also suitable for treatment on vertical surfaces and can be used for metal repair and bonding of cast and metal parts, for filling of blow holes, for repairing damage on containers, carriages and machine parts and for sealing pumps and pipes. Due to its properties, the composite material is particularly suitable for applications in mechanical and plant construction, apparatus construction and many other areas of industry.

WEICON Ceramic BL is filled with silicon carbide and zirconium silicate, resistant to chemicals and offers extreme wear protection and high abrasion resistance. The epoxy resin system is particularly suited for the lining of heavily stressed pump housings, as wear protection for slide bearings, slides, funnels and pipes and for the repair of castings, valves and blower fans. The product can be used in mechanical and plant engineering, in equipment engineering, and in many other areas of industry. Wear-resistant final coating for all Plastic Metal types. WEICON Ceramic BL is also well-suited for creating a system structure in combination with WEICON GL. Due to the different colours of the two wear protection systems, the degree of wear can be easily determined during visual inspections

WEICON A has a DNV GL-certificate and is specially suitable for repair work in the marine industry. It can be used to remove corrosion damages and pitting on tanks, to repair pipes and castings as well as cracks on housings of machine parts.

Other applications include the production of models, moulds, tools and jigs. The epoxy resin system can be used in mechanical engineering, tool, model and mould making as well as in many other industrial areas.

WEICON Plastic Metal type HB 300 is pasty, steel-filled and high temperature resistant up to +200C (briefly up to +280C). It is processed with a mixing ratio of 1:1.

WEICON HB 300 is also suitable for applications on vertical surfaces and can be used for the repair and bonding of cast and metal parts, for filling in blow holes, for repairing damage to containers, carriages and machine parts and for sealing pumps and pipes.

WEICON Easy-Mix PU-240 structural adhesive is high-strength, extremely fast-curing, highly viscous, and can be sanded and painted over after approx. 30 minutes. It is weather resistant, resistant to chemicals and temperature resistant from -55°C to +125°C (-67 to +257°F) and has a very short pot life of around 240 seconds.

PU-240 can be used to bond numerous materials such as composite materials, plastics, polyurethane, epoxides, polyester, metals, wood and ceramics to themselves and among each other with high tensile, shear and peel strength.

WEICON PU-240 can be used in plastic technology, machine construction, model and mould making, metal construction, ship and boat building, carriage and vehicle construction, trade show and exhibition construction and in many other applications.

WEICON Rust Converter neutralizes rust on rusty cast iron and steel surfaces.

Rust onverter reliably stops the corrosion process and thus provides a base coat for ubsequent surface coatings.

Due to its special formula, Rust Converter penetrates rust and, in a chemical process, converts iron oxides into a stable black layer.

Rust Converter can be applied on all rusty areas, e.g. on machines or in plants, on agricultural equipment as well as motor vehicles.

WEICON Gasket Maker is a strong and permanently elastic special sealant that cures with air humidity and practically without shrinkage. The Gasket Maker has a very good adhesion on steel, aluminium, glass, ceramic, and many other materials.
