COMBIVERT S6 is the new integrated servo drive controller in book size format for high dynamic machine solutions up to 5,5kW.

It offers following highlights:

• integrated EtherCAT and CAN interface for highspeed connection to control level
• onboard Safety Functionality and an integrated EMI filter class C2 with low leakage current for residual current detectors.

KEB COMBIVERT F5-A-Servo rounds off the single axis devices in the lower power range of up to 1.5 kW, with the following properties

• compact servo drive with integrated or master position control
• torque and speed control in rewinders and unwinders
• dynamic drive with analogue, digital or serial control
• speed or angle-synchronous subsequent drive with electronic gearing, freely adjustable denominator / counter ratio
• internal single-axis positioning steering with 16 positions, can be freely used in up to 8 position profiles with indexing
• mini automation device - with internal PID process control, extensive input/output functions, can be used in 8 parameter sets
• standardisation of physical sizes and programmable user interface with 36 addresses

KEB COMBIVERT F6-K is controlled and regulated drive technology ready for the networked world - designed 13849-performance level 62061-SIL 3 in a kit, consisting of seven physical sizes with integrated security STO ISO e / IEC.

The devices are highly compact designed and optimized for use in single axis applications in machinery and equipment. The entire series uses a power range from 1,5 up to 900 kW in the voltage range 230, 400 and 690 V AC.

All axis modules have been designed with an identical compact installation height of 400 mm and 200 mm module depth for space-optimised system integration. Designed for variable centralised cooling concepts based on water or air.

Drive module:

• Single axis and double axis modules from 0.75 kW up to 160 kW.

All types of extrusion machines, shredders, injection moulding machines viz. All Electric Injection molding machines, Hybrid machines.

Bharat Bijlee offers solution for All Electric Injection Moulding machine and Hybrid Injection Moulding machine. For All Electric machine, the solution comprises Servo Drives on common DC bus and servo motors for all 4 axis. Servo motors are with absolute encoder feedback. Servo drives operate in position control loop thus PLC overheads are much reduced. Since, position loop is incorporated at drive end, gives better accuracy of mould positioning and ultimately better tolerance in the final product.

For Hybrid Injection machine, the solution includes Servo Pump, Servo motor and servo drive. With this solution our customers have achieved energy saving up to 60-70% as compared to the conventional machine.
